Perfect for couples and small families, this charming and rustic cabin lies lakeside near Hackensack in Minnesota. The cabin can comfortably accommodate up to four guests in two bedrooms. The singular bathroom contains a toilet, a sink, and a shower.
Inside, there are lots of windows allowing sunlight to flood in. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed and meals can be enjoyed around the dining table. There is also a snug sofa to cuddle up on during cooler evenings which doubles as a futon. Through the windows and outside on the decking, there are stunning views of sunrises and sunsets in the summer. Guests can light the campfire while enjoying a sunset in the evenings before stargazing while roasting marshmallows. On the site, guests will find shared kayaks, a paddle boat, and a canoe ready to use in the warmer months. Inside the accommodation are fans to keep guests cool in the warm summer months. A fully equipped kitchen is provided with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and utensils. There is a grill outside, perfect for summer evening BBQs. Surrounded by the Chippewa National Forest of northern Minnesota, this lovely glamping site is based on Girl Lake, a part of the Woman Lake Chain of lakes between Longville and Hackensack. It is three hours north of the Minneapolis area, while the town of Longville is a short drive away and accessible by boat. Here, guests will find plenty of shops and eateries to browse. Right on the glamping site, there is an array of activities perfect for every season. In spring, boats are relaunched as the snow melts. There is plenty of wildlife to spot during these months. Summer brings lots of water activities including swimming, water skiing, boating, and fishing. Fall is the perfect time for fishing fans to visit and relax on the lake while casting a line. In winter, those that can brave the cold can give ice fishing a go. Nearby, there are miles of trails, great for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.
