With views of breathtaking sunrises, activities all summer, a community private hot tub for adults over 18, outdoor grilling areas and much more, this experience will be everything you’re looking for. There is nothing quite like waking up on the water!
This is a tiny houseboat located directly on Lake Erie. Each boat is unique. This boat has a private restroom inside it!
We encourage guests to enjoy the grilling area, the hot tub and other amenities on the property. The hot tub is open year-round. The hot tub is not shared with the public, but is shared among other guests on the property.
Please keep in mind, Lake Erie welcomes mayflies, spiders and other insects in the warmer months. This is something that we can not control, but will always take steps to prevent best we can.
