The three levels of the property provide plenty of places for guests to gather or perhaps spread out and enjoy some quiet time. There are three bedrooms located on the upper level of the rental.The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, comfy window nook and an ensuite with a shower, a toilet, and a vanity. The second and third bedrooms both have a queen-size bed. These two rooms share a full bathroom with a vanity, tub/shower combination, and a toilet. The remaining two bedrooms are located in the basement and each has a queen-size bed. These two rooms also share a full bathroom with a vanity, tub/shower combination, and a toilet. The half bathroom is a powder room located on the main floor.

On the main level of the house, guests will find the updated, fully-equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a toaster. All prep essentials, dinnerware, and utensils are provided. Meals can be enjoyed in the separate dining area that seats eight. The living room at the front of the house feels spacious thanks to its two-story design and multiple windows providing plenty of light. Piano players will appreciate the piano where they can entertain others with a few tunes. There is another sitting area off the kitchen which is a cozy spot to relax and watch TV by the warmth of the fireplace. This room offers a view to the backyard from the bay window and guests can gain access to the deck through the conveniently located door. Guests will have the use of Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV and Netflix.

Outside is equally pleasing with views of Pike Peak and nearby trails and ponds perfect for walking or catch and release fly fishing. Steps from the deck lead down to the backyard where glampers can enjoy an evening fire around the outdoor firepit. There is a three-car garage with two bays available for guests as well as a large driveway for cars and RVs. There are a washer and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board, and all towels and linens are provided.
