This stunning mountain cottage rental near Arapaho National Forest, Colorado sleeps four people comfortably and has two bedrooms and one bathroom in total. Both bedrooms have luxurious bedding that will keep even the most hesitant snow bunny warm on a cold night. Extra blankets and throws are abundant. Closet and drawer space is plentiful for all the play gear. The queen bedroom has a new flat-screen TV with remote. Bedding for the sleeper is stored in a trunk in the living room. The cottage is equipped with everything guests might need to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal. Nice glassware, dishes, cooking tools, microwave, kettle, serving pieces, and a breakfast bar with seats for four guests. There is also a Weber charcoal grill on the expansive deck that wraps the back of the cottage rental. There are two fireplaces and a pleasing decor for guests to be warm during cooler months and be more than comfortable. The living room features soft seating and a coffee table while the dining area includes seating for four guests.

None of the facilities are shared at this mountain rental. They are all exclusive to the rental and occupants. Outside of this stunning glamping property, there is a large decking area with soft seating for guests to relax with a morning coffee and watch the sunrise, or stargaze in the evenings. After a day of skiing or hiking, guests can enjoy the fabulous new Jacuzzi hot tub or fire up one of several fire options while watching the sunset. There is also barbecue grill to cook amazing meals. It is certain that glampers will feel right at home with this incredible mountain retreat.

There is no bathtub but the new shower tower has a hand-held feature that is perfect for bathing toddlers and older children.

Wake up to beautiful mountain views and the sound of a stream outside the window or beautiful drifts of untouched snow. This delightful and rural glamping property is located in beautiful Valley of the Blue just six miles south of Main Street Breckenridge. Guests have enjoyed the serene location and majestic views while being just a 10-minute drive to some of the best skiing, boarding, and outdoor fun the country has to offer. There are two fourteeners to climb in the area, Mount Quandry being the most popular and best for non-experts. The trail head is just a mile away from the house. Continue south over Hoosier pass (go in the evening and see stars at the top!) to Park County and the charming towns of Alma and Fairplay. I-70 and the town of Frisco are approximately 16 miles north where guests will have quick access to the Vail and Copper Mountain ski resorts. Keystone and Arapahoe Basin are just a few miles east via Swan Mountain Road off Hwy 9 at Farmer's Corner.

Activities are numerous in both summer and winter and include world class skiing/snowboarding, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, rafting, and hiking right outside the door or just minutes down the road. This glamping property is the perfect place to relax or be active, guests really do have the best of both worlds. Some of the possible activities include hiking (three fourteeners plus loads of incredible trails close by), cycling on either mountains or road, exploring, golfing, and shopping downtown or at antique shops in the area. In the winter, guests can enjoy trying out skiing, boarding, or snowmobiling. If glampers love water activities, they're staying in the right place. Whether guests wish to go fishing, rafting, kayaking, sailing or check out hot springs not far from the property this is all possible while glamping at this site.

Additional Information

There is an additional fee for cleaning and hot tub service. There is an additional fee for pets, however, this is dependent on the size of the pet and how many days they are staying.

Pets are welcome on a case by case basis and if guests understand the pet policy at this property. Please discuss this with the hosts when making a booking request. Pets must be crated when left unsupervised or taken with the guests. They are not allowed on the beds or any other furnishings.

If damage insurance is not purchased, a damage deposit of $500 is required. This must be received upon booking confirmation.

Since this glamping accommodation has only two bedrooms and one bathroom, the host asks that only four adults and no more than two children under 12 occupy the house at one time. Students and those under 25 must be accompanied by an adult.

November 15th -Dec 12th there is a three-night minimum stay.
December 19th -January 10th there is a five-night minimum stay.
March 1st - March 29th there is a five-night minimum stay.
There is a standard three-night minimum stay for all periods except holidays and spring break.

Early check-ins can be accommodated on occasion depending on the prior guest’s departure date. No accommodations can be guaranteed prior to the week before check-in.

Smoking is not permitted.

There is no daily maid service.

Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees such as phone and internet service are included in the rental rate.

No children under the age of 12 permitted in the hot tub at any time. Improper use of the hot tub could result in loss of the damage deposit to correct/repair.

Four-wheel drive and/or chains are recommended during the snow months.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.

Lost keys incur a $50 charge to the damage deposit.
