The "Out-of-Africa" style tents are placed on individual platforms offering a front sitting porch area and hard wood flooring. There are heaters to take the chill off, soft lighting, a king or two twin beds in each tent, and chairs for relaxing. Spaced far enough apart to provide privacy, the tents are perfect for large families, family reunions, etc. Each tent has its own lockable bathroom in the bath house, water closet, shower, twin sinks, slate floors and granite vanities.
This site is a very special venue and designed for family reunions and corporate retreats. The amenities from the tents to the bath house to the main lodge are all very high-end and the cuisine will be astonishingly delightful at every meal!
The site, designed for small groups and family reunions, is open May through August and requires a minimum of eight guests.
There is a full commercial kitchen and meal plan for all three meals served in the lodge building in a beautiful dining room environment. The atmosphere is spiritual and healing, a relaxing calm and quietness that guests would expect from such a remarkably pristine environment.

Nearby big cities include Grand Junction, which is 37 minutes away; Vail, which is one hour and 48 minutes away; and Denver, which is three hours and 24 minutes away. Vail is renowned for it's world-class skiing, while Grand Junction is known for the aforementioned Grand Mesa. The ranch is ideal for adventurous couples with activities like horseback rides, eco-tours, wing-shooting in the fall, fly-fishing, sporting clays, hiking, game tours, biking, wildlife tours, sporting clays, excellent birding, cooking classes at Kimball Creek, and many local tour options. Entertainment can be arranged upon request, and daily activities vary widely, depending on the size and scope of the group/family -
