Inside, they will find a single studio-style space that combines a bedroom with a kitchenette, dining area, and full bathroom. The tiny house was hand-built by the hosts with cordwood and recycled wine and beer bottles, which provide it with unique and colorful stained-glass-window-like accents throughout the interior. The sleeping area features a cozy, queen-size bed. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens, towels, and shampoo are provided.
The kitchenette comes with a small refrigerator, a two-burner stove, a granite countertop, a French press, and a supply of ground, organic coffee. In the dining area, guests will find a table for two and a television with a DVD player. Other amenities include antique furnishings, heating, and supplies for making a breakfast of oatmeal and fresh eggs from the hosts' chickens when they are available. Outside, guests will find a patio area with seating and a table with chairs, as well as an adult-sized swing set.

Immediately to the west, guests will find Rio Grande National Forest. Covering 1.83 million acres of wilderness, the forest encompasses many different ecosystems, ranging from foothills covered in pinyon pine and juniper trees to alpine tundra. Within the forest, about an hour to the southwest, guests will find the Wolf Creek Ski Area. The Continental Divide Trail also cuts through the forest and runs by the ranch.
Downtown Del Norte is about 20 minutes to the south, where guests will find shops and restaurants, more of which can be found in the neighboring towns of South Fork and Monte Vista. The site is about four hours from Denver, where the nearest international airport is located.

Guests will find trails for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and horseback riding in Rio Grande National Forest, including the Continental Divide Trail, which runs by the ranch. They will also find 300 sport climbing routes in the Penitente Canyon Special Recreation Management Area. For mountain climbing, guests can head to the West Frisco Trail. For skiing and snowboarding, they can visit the Wolf Creek Ski Area. They will find options for shopping and dining in downtown Del Norte.
