The top lodge area has two floors and is the ideal choice for larger groups and gatherings. The main floor has an open floor plan with a large kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop range, and is fully stocked with cooking utensils and supplies. There is a large wooden dining table that can seat 12 guests comfortably.
The living area has plentiful seating, a cozy fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The main floor also features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a set of bunk beds and a pull-out queen sofa bed. Upstairs, guests will find two more bedrooms, both with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms.
Each bathroom in the lodge has a toilet, a sink, and a combination bathtub and shower. Linens and towels are kindly provided by the host. Outside, guests can take in awe-inspiring views of the surrounding landscape from the private wraparound deck with plentiful outdoor seating.

Adventurous guests can explore the area on an ATV or four-wheelers, on horseback, or even by zip lining or rock climbing. The area's plentiful lakes and rivers offer fantastic fishing and water sports like rafting, tubing, kayaking, canoeing, and boating. If guests have the correct permit, they can traverse the region's bountiful landscape on a hunting expedition.
During winter, the area is transformed into a snowy paradise featuring excellent opportunities for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. Relaxing cold-weather recreation such as ice skating, ice fishing, or simply sipping hot cocoa and building snowmen are great options as well.
If glampers need a break from the great outdoors, they can head to Durango for vibrant city life and entertainment. Durango is overflowing with shopping and dining options, live entertainment venues, wineries, museums, and nightlife. Back at the property, guests can unwind with a good book by the fireplace or watch their favorite movie on the TV.
