This log cabin retreat is located on 280 private acres in Grand County Colorado near Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapaho National Recreation Area. It features private trails and paths as well as unlimited hiking and views. It has easy access to skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and ATVing. It can easily accommodate up to 12 people. There are three bedrooms with queen-size or king-size beds, two of which have TVs, and one has an exquisite decorative fireplace. Two of the bedrooms also feature additional luxury twin beds.
There is a game room that has twin bunk beds, and this room also has a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and a spacious sitting area with three sofas and one armchair. There are two full bathrooms, each with a sink, a toilet, a bath and a shower. Linens and towels are provided. Next to the Game room is the Whiskey and Wellness room. This room has exercise equipment for your body and your soul.
The living room features a large stone fireplace, a flat-screen cable TV, and cushy leather couches. The fully-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, an ice-maker, and a breakfast bar with four counter stools. The bright dining area has room for twelve people and looks out through large, bay windows to the beautiful, meadow views. There are many sitting and socializing areas throughout the rental where glampers can sit around a warm fire with cocktails, play family games, or enjoy a movie night. Other amenities include an oversized, heated, two-car garage, workout equipment, and hot-spot technology.
Outside, glampers will find a long porch with comfortable lounge chairs that give glampers the perfect spot to take in the scenic views of the meadows, ridges, cliffs and misty mountains behind a pine forest during the day or under an endless sea of stars at night. There is also an outdoor barbecue.
The accommodation includes 280 acres of private property and provides mountain and snow bikes and trails, two Dish network TVs, a ping-pong table, a foosball table, board games, a Wii game system, an outdoor barbecue, a heated, two-car garage, work-out equipment, Wi-Fi, a whiskey and wellness room, and a smoking porch. This is a non-smoking facility, except for on the smoking porch and outdoors. The doors of the smoking porch room must be kept closed at all times.
Up to 3 dogs are allowed provided they are kept only in the mudroom and the smoking porch. They are not allowed elsewhere indoors.

Weddings, family reunion and business event can be hosted in the lodge as well as on the property. Charges for events will vary depending on the size of the event, the date and the season. This property also hosts events for charities, reunions and other events and activities. Please inquire if interested.
There are 280 completely secluded acres on this property with many spectacular event sites. In conjunction with other activities, the host may allow self-contained trailers or campers. There will be a per person, per night fee assessed by the host. There is no dumping permitted anywhere on the property. The town of Granby, which is three miles away, has a dump and services facility.
The use of tents in conjunction with certain activities may also be permitted upon request. Fees to be negotiated with the host.

In addition to hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, boarding, ATV-ing, and horseback riding, glampers can arrange to try their luck at fly fishing. With thousands of miles of streams, rivers, and acres of lakes and reservoirs, Grand County is one of the best fishing areas in the world. Fishing also is available to glampers on a reduced fee basis at the private fly water known as Fraser River Ranch, which is just a half mile away. This river is a world-class fly fishery, and there are spawning beds creating by the heavy runoff, maintaining a healthy environment and ample bug life for strong trout. Fraser River Ranch also offers a stocked pond.
There are trails up and down the mountainside with incredible views while mountain biking or ATV riding. For experienced bikers, the ranch has a trail system that glampers can easily access. Grand County has some of the best mountain biking in Colorado. Winter Park has over 6000 miles of trails, giving it the nickname "Mountain Bike Capital, USA." ATVs are also allowed, and a trail map is provided to glampers, although ATVs themselves are not made available by the accommodation. This area is the perfect place to explore in an ATV.
