This modern, three-story family-friendly vacation rental is located in amid the rolling hills and mountains near Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and can accommodate 14 guests.

There are seven bedrooms in this all-encompassing vacation rental, six full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. In the main bedroom, guests will find one king-size bed, one single bed, as well as a luxury bathtub, and a separate bathroom with a sink and a toilet. The second and third bedroom upstairs each have their own queen-size beds and ensuite bathtubs. The fourth bedroom upstairs has one king-size bed and ensuite bathtub. The other three bedrooms all have a queen-size bed and a brand new spa bathroom. There is a separate bathroom with a toilet and a sink in each of the luxury rooms.

Downstairs on the main level of the rental, as guests wander through the living areas they will have the luxury of lounging alongside the fireplace on one of the large comfy couches situated there, or ample across to the main dining area and host a large group of guests that congregate around the large 16-seater dining room table. A large commercial kitchen is available for meal preparation, with a fridge, a freezer, large cooking stove and over, all needed amenities, as well as a six-seater table to converse around while over-seeing the preparations.

Guests are encouraged to spend their evenings outside on the large deck, gathering around under the starlit sky, or relax in the hot tub after a long day filled with outdoor activities. There is both a front and back deck, as well as a large patio outside of the kitchen with a firepit in the center and six deck chairs situated around the pit.

Glampers will have access to all their required amenities at this all-encompassing site. Due to this site being located near the San Juan National Forest, guests are encouraged to keep their eyes out for a host of wildlife to be seen and admired, including bears, elk, and deer. A must-go location for fly-fishing and guests are encouraged to make their reservations early so as not to miss out on the fun!

Perched on 158 acres of land, this is also a prime location to host large gatherings, such corporate get-togethers, family reunions, or as a wedding venue. The tranquility coupled with the awe-inspiring views makes for a destination that cannot be passed up. When all the hard day's activities have been taken care of, guests can sit back and unwind by the fireplace, or in the luxurious hot tub.

Guests are encouraged to take in the sites by hiking along the rolling hills and through the forests, breathing in the crisp, clean air, and soaking in all of the sites. Anglers can spend the day down by the river for a catch and release fly-fishing session, or meander along through the ranch admiring the original artwork on display.

Should guests find themselves looking for something more, a short 24-mile drive will take you straight to the nearby Pagosa Springs, considered the deepest springs in the world. Here guests will have the opportunity to brave the great outdoors and absorb the incredible beauty at the likes of Treasure Falls waterfall or Chimney Rock National Monument. Wander along the many hiking trails that can be found in the surrounding areas, such as San Juan River Walk.
