This rustic mountain Guest House is located on 35 acres on the Little River and a pond outside of Salida, Colorado, and can accommodate up to five guests. Trout fishing is available as well as a large deck with a private hot tub and gas grill with mountain views. The master suite has one king bed and w/day bed and walk-in closet, and one full bathroom. A beautifully carved staircase leads up to the loft space which contains two twin beds. There is a full bath with linens and towels provided.
In the living room, guests will find a comfortable sofa with a satellite TV and a cozy gas fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. The dining area is in the sunroom, which leads to a walkout deck with views of the pond. Other amenities include Wi-Fi and a private washer and dryer.
Outside, there is a luxury hot tub with majestic mountain views. A zip-line reaches across the private pond, and a sandy beach invites guests to come soak up some sun.
Glampers will get the chance to feel as though they are in the old Wild West without needing to sacrifice any of the modern comforts that they are used to. Wi-Fi makes it possible to stay connected, and satellite television provides indoor entertainment on rainy days.
A private washer and dryer are another added luxury. Parking on private drive to Guest House as well as for an RV/boat/trailer.
