The home itself is designed with family gatherings in mind. Step inside and find yourself in a welcoming, expansive main living area. Here, a cozy sectional sofa invites you to relax after a day of exploration, while a 75-inch TV with cable and a Blu-ray player sets the stage for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and offer uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains. Outside, a large deck equipped with a gas BBQ makes it easy to enjoy meals while soaking in the tranquil surroundings.

The updated kitchen is both functional and stylish, featuring granite countertops, full-size appliances, and a breakfast bar with additional seating. Whether you're preparing a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or a family dinner to celebrate the day's adventures, this space is sure to inspire. Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious dining table creates the perfect setting for shared meals or an impromptu game night.

When it's time to unwind, the home's thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide restful retreats for everyone. The primary suite offers a private sanctuary with its own balcony, a comfortable sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa, and an en suite bathroom complete with a luxurious jetted tub. A second bedroom also features a private balcony, along with a TV and an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom, equipped with a twin-over-double bunk bed, is perfectly suited for kids and also includes its own en suite bathroom.

For added convenience, the home includes a private washer and dryer, allowing guests to pack light and keep up with laundry during their stay. Free parking is available for two vehicles in front of the garage. (Guests are not permitted to park inside the garage.)

This unit does not have air conditioning; however, mountain nights are typically cool and comfortable.

You will receive an invitation to the guest portal at the time of booking with your reservation confirmation. Access instructions will be emailed seven days prior to arrival.

All of our Vail properties come stocked with a basic starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand and body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher detergent (approximately a 3–4 night supply). Guests may purchase additional supplies locally as needed.

Each home is equipped with hotel-quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and small appliances. Firewood is not provided.

Minimum age of 25 required to rent this property.
Community quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced.

No pets or support animals permitted.
