With Gibbs Peak and Spread Eagle mountains towering above, the property makes for an unforgettable and spectacular wedding venue, fun and adventure filled family reunion destination or lovely, private corporate retreat resort while providing guests with comfortable and rustic ranch cabins and cottages. The ranch is just a 15-minute drive to downtown Westcliffe and only three hours to Denver. Colorado Springs is the nearest airport and local airport pick up - transportation is available.

The property directly accesses the Rainbow Trail through the Sangre de Cristo Mountains where guests can explore miles of hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails. The hosts offer trail ride packages and guided hunting for deer and elk packages while there are two ponds on site for catch-and-release fishing. Many guests take part in the treasure hunting where they can bring their metal detectors to search the area for old cavalry bullets, cannon balls, and Indian artifacts.

In summer, Westcliffe is home to the High Mountain Hay Fever Bluegrass Festival, which takes places between July 6th and July 9th in 2017 and attracts thousands of visitors while raising money for numerous charities. In winter, groomed trails are laid out for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing and guests can travel by car to find skiing and snowboarding at Monarch Ski Slope.
