TRANSIT
Conveniently located, this home offers free parking for your vehicles. While Coeur d'Alene is best explored by car, here's what you need to know about getting around. Public transit is available, though options may be limited. For those arriving by air, Spokane International Airport (GEG) is a short drive, approximately 45 minutes away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are available. Driving is a great way to explore the beautiful lake, downtown Coeur d'Alene, and surrounding areas. Consider planning your trips in advance, especially during peak season.

Important Details for Your Stay:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Keyless entry makes arrival a breeze! Please note, early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Parking is free and available on-site.
We are pet-friendly! Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing your furry friends, and be aware that charges may apply.
For the hot tub, please rinse off before use and be sure to add water if the level gets low.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

• Please keep voices, music, and outdoor activities to a respectful level, especially at night
• Sound travels easily—let's be great neighbors!

3. 👥 Maximum Occupancy
• The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests
• Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval

4. 🐾 Pet Policy
• Dogs only (sorry, no cats or other animals) with prior approval
• Please pick up after your pet in the yard
• Keep pets off furniture and beds
• Do not leave pets unattended indoors unless crated
• Pet fee may apply and all pets must be added into the reservation

5. 🛁 Hot Tub Rules
• Shower before use
• No food, glass, or pets in the hot tub
• Children under 14 must be supervised at all times
• Please replace the cover after use to keep the water clean and warm
• Add water if the level gets low

6. 🔥 Fire Pit Rules
• Never leave the fire unattended
• Make sure fire is completely out before leaving the area or going inside
• No fires during high-wind or fire ban periods

7. 🎮 Arcade & Game Room Care
• Please treat the arcade machines, foosball table, and games gently
• No food or drinks on the machines
• Return games and accessories after use
• Report any issues—we won't be upset!

8. 🍳 Kitchen Use
• Feel free to use all kitchen appliances, cookware, and dishes
• Please clean up after yourself and run the dishwasher before checkout
• Dispose of food waste in the trash

9. 🚗 Parking
• Free parking is available in the driveway or on the street

10. 🚭 Smoking Policy
• No smoking or vaping inside the house or near open doors/windows
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only
• Please dispose of cigarette butts properly (not in the yard)
