Description of Glamping Units
This luxurious, Alaskan-style tree house stay, located near a beautiful beach, can accommodate up to seven guests and features two bedrooms with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, a queen-size sofa bed, and a single futon.
Inside the tree house, guests will find stunning picture windows and natural wood décor, all of which help glampers blend into the scenery. There is a beautiful spiral stairway, which was made from a single tree, leading upstairs. There is a formal dining space with a dining table that comfortably sits up to six people. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Finally, guests will find the kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. Firewood can be purchased at many of the local stores. A crib and baby gate are also on site if required, based upon availability. Read More

Each vacation rental has a fully supplied kitchen with a small table for dining. Wi-Fi is available in all accommodations. Guests are also welcome to use the barbecue grill and fire pit in the picnic area. Many of the local stores and businesses sell firewood.

If traveling with children, glampers can request the use of a porta-crib and a baby gate when making their reservation.
The houses, yard and parking are all for guests use only. Pets and RVs are not allowed on the property. The guest agrees to pay $150 fee for any violations.
Our places are not designed for fish processing. The guest agrees to pay $150 for any fish odor removal in or out of the house. There are places to clean fish and we will gladly help with advice.
Guests are responsible for all incidental damages during their stay. Damages will be charged to the credit card on file unless other arrangements are made. Read More

This glamping site is located on Lowell Point, which is just south of Seward, Alaska—it’s a magical little spot for glamping. In addition to being surrounded by some of the country’s most beautiful wildlife, glampers will also only be a short walk away from a big stretch of beach. The Seward area boasts lots of activities for glampers to do during their stay at this perfect glamping location. Once guests book their stay, they'll be able to start planning all of their amazing activities.
The area's activities include walking down to the beach, hiking through the mountains, kayaking, and wildlife watching (humpback whales, orcas, mountain goats, bears, puffins and bald eagles). While glamping here, guests also must visit the Kenai Fjords National Park, the Alaska Sea Life Center, and all the restaurants, cafes, and shops of the City of Seward.
