Luxury Villa Rental for Groups on Kauai, Hawaii
This impressive villa rental was built in 1942 using lumber from dismantled supply ships during WWII. Since then, this Kauai vacation rental villa has been fully renovated, but still retains its original materials. With its new, upscale furnishings, glampers would never imagine that this luxurious cottage rental had such humble origins.
This villa boasts two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a third bedroom with two twin beds, allowing the cottage to comfortably sleep six guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all kitchen amenities, and features wood counter-tops, a dining table that seats eight, and a bar area that seats two. There are also complimentary drinks provided to keep glampers refreshed during their stay. The bedrooms and the living room area are decorated in a plush, contemporary style with tropical accents. The bathrooms are also luxurious, and come with basic toiletries.
Though the home receives good cross-breezes, each room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan to keep glampers cool in such beautiful, tropical surroundings. Just outside the front door, you’ll find a small porch with breathtaking views of the garden, as well as a BBQ gas grill where glampers can have the ultimate Hawaiian cook out.
Despite the rural surroundings, the cottage comes complete with Wi-Fi internet, unlimited calls to the USA and Canada, a television and DVD player, an iPhone to TV cable, and a dock with speakers. With all of this, guests can stay connected to their lives back home, and entertain themselves.
The rate varies depending on the number of people in the party. The base rates are as follows. There is a one time cleaning fee of $250.
Up until 12/15/2016 the rate for this rental is:
1-2 guests, $300
3-4 guests, $325 to $350
5-6 guests, $375 to $400.
Parties of at least two will have access to the entire house exclusively.
The beach is a five-minute walk from the property, via a path that goes under the bridge. The hosts have coolers, chairs, mats, umbrellas, boogie boards and fins for those who wish swim with the fish, or explore the lazy river. There are also plastic beach toys for kids.
Spend a lazy afternoon paddling down the Wailua River in the complimentary two-person kayak, or take the “his and her” bikes on a picnic to nearby Lydgate Beach. Glampers will also find plenty to love in the private garden. Stroll barefoot across the lawn and pluck mangoes, star fruits, oranges, mountain apples for breakfast from the trees.
