This studio style cottage rental was constructed in 1952, but has been fully renovated to include air conditioning, hardwood floors, a tile shower for two, and contemporary tropical décor. Its vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows lend a sense of warmth and spaciousness that guests will adore.

The cottage has a large, four-poster king-size bed, a lounge area, a full bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. For entertainment, there is a television with cable player should glampers wish to watch their favorite shows. An iPhone dock with speaker, Wi-Fi, and unlimited calls to the USA and Canada are also provided. This cottage also has basic toiletries in the bathroom, a hairdryer, an iron and board, and a BBQ grill for those tropical cook-outs.

From 12/15/2015 to 03/31/2016 the rate is $200 per night,
From 04/01/2016 to 12/14/2016 the rate is $175 per night.
There is a one time cleaning fee of $100.

The beach is a five-minute walk from the property, via a path that goes under the bridge. The hosts have coolers, chairs, mats, umbrellas, boogie boards and fins for those who wish to swim with the fish or explore the lazy river. There are also plastic beach toys for kids.

Guests can spend a lazy afternoon paddling down the Wailua River in the complimentary, two-person kayak, or take the “his and her” bikes on a picnic to nearby Lydgate Beach. Glampers will also find plenty to love in the private garden, where they can stroll barefoot across the lawn and pluck mangoes, starfruit, oranges, mountain apples for breakfast from the trees.
