The main attraction at this Hawaiian glamping property is Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, only a mile away and home to two of the world’s most active volcanoes called Kilaue and Mauna Loa. Guests can hike along the natural lava flows or through the beautiful tropical rainforest. Volcano village offers plenty of interesting local shops and delicious restaurants, not to mention the wonderful Sunday morning farmers’ market. Downtown Hilo is only 40 minutes away, which is also a great option for dining or visiting museums and shops. In addition, there is a local skate park and playground for children.
Amenities in the village include several diverse restaurants, two grocery stores, two gas stations, launderette, gift shops, art galleries, post office, a nearby local winery, 18-hole golf course and the best Sunday morning farmer's market.
