*Critters such as ants, mice, spiders, moths, flies, and chipmunks (along with bears, coyotes, mountain lions, wild donkeys, etc.) are native to Big Bear and it is typical *INSIDE & AROUND ALL homes* in the mountains to have an occasional sighting of any of these small creatures. Especially during particularly dry/hot seasons when they are searching for water. Please keep in mind you are booking a trip in the wilderness- we are in a mountain town. We prepare for such sightings with traps, spray, etc., but we give no refunds for seeing any of these creatures & want to prepare our guests for what to expect. Please respect nature & accept all that comes with it if booking here.
