Parking & Winter Access

Parking is available for up to three vehicles. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway in accordance with city regulations.

During winter, snow conditions and the sloped driveway may require an AWD or 4WD vehicle and/or tire chains.

Pet-Friendly

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $50 per pet, per day.

Guests are asked to keep pets off the furniture whenever possible, clean up after them, and avoid leaving them unattended unless they are properly crated.

The back patio is fenced and suitable for supervised pets; however, the larger backyard is not fenced. Because the property leads toward the forest and wildlife may be present, keeping dogs leashed and supervised is highly recommended.

Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply for excessive pet hair, uncollected pet waste, property damage, or other pet-related cleaning.

Guest Access

Guests have access to nearly the entire property. The only restricted areas are a portion of the closet in Bedroom 2 and a closet in the ski storage area, both of which remain locked.

Important Information & House Rules

The City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy must be respected throughout your stay. Guests are expected to be considerate of neighboring properties and residents.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 9 guests, including infants and children. The occupancy limit must not be exceeded at any time during the stay.

Parties: Parties and events are not permitted.

Parking: A maximum of three vehicles is allowed. Parking is permitted only in the driveway and is not allowed on the street or in the yard. This restriction also applies to trailers.

Music: Amplified music must not be audible beyond the property line at any time. Guests should close windows when necessary to prevent sound from carrying beyond the property.

Quiet Hours: Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Dogs: Dogs should not be left at the property if they may disturb neighboring residents. A maximum of two dogs is permitted.

Trash Disposal

Guests are responsible for taking trash to an approved local disposal site.

Compliance

Guests who disregard property rules, occupancy limits, or local regulations may be subject to penalties. Serious or repeated violations may result in eviction without a refund, and citations may be issued to the reservation holder.
