Please keep in mind you are booking a trip in the wilderness - we are in a mountain town and are in their territory. We prepare for such sightings with traps, spray, routine cleaning, and maintenance, etc., but we give no refunds for seeing any of these creatures and want to prepare our guests for what to expect. Please do not leave any food out and be sure to use containers or zip-lock bags - unfortunately, we do not provide those items, but they may be purchased at many of our local convenience and grocery stores.
