This spectacular and secluded getaway lies in the heart of the majestic Grass Valley in California. The property can accommodate up to four guests and includes one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom features a comfy, queen-size bed and offers access to a private outside deck. There are also sofas in the living room that can be converted into single beds to accommodate additional guests. The modern bathroom comes with a unique shower made from recycled wine bottles and a sink made from recycled porcelain and rice hulls. There is also a heated towel rail and a door leading out to the deck.

This stylish accommodation has an open-plan layout and boasts wall-to-wall, sliding glass doors that connect the main living room to the deck creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The main living space consists of the kitchen, the dining area, and the lounge. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with a fridge, an oven, a four-ring stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a blender, a coffeemaker, a coffee grinder, a toaster, an ice maker, and basic pantry items.

There is a gorgeous dining table with four bar stools for guests to enjoy a meal, as well as a plenty of outdoor dining space on the deck.

In the lounge area, guests will find a beautiful sofa and armchair for relaxing in the evening. Here, guests can enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV that is equipped with a DVD player and a huge selection of movies and box sets. There is also a CD player, a stereo, a radio, games, and books to provide plenty of entertainment.

The expansive, wraparound deck provides the perfect calming setting to relax and unwind in total privacy. The deck comes with comfortable loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining. This spacious deck has a gas grill and a large cooler, which is perfect for hosting a barbecue in the summer. It also comes equipped with a gas patio heater for those visiting during the winter. Additionally, there is a canoe for guests to take down to the lake and explore the water.

The property is fitted with air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay whatever the time of year. There is also a water cooler and a mosquito magnet for those visiting during the summer.
