The kitchenette include a two-burner stovetop, sink, under-counter fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and grinder, and all cooking and eating pots, dishes, and utensils. The bathroom has a shower only, without a tub. For guests entertainment, there are CD and DVD players as well as free Wi-Fi. Guests will stay comfortable at this bungalow with its excellent air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heat powered by solar.

Extra bedding for sofa bed(s) can be found in the living room cupboard or sitting room closet.
Glampers will find entertainment with the resident tortoises—just please don't touch! If they are in the way and absolutely have to be moved, guests are asked to use a towel or gloves to gently pick them up and move them low to the ground out of the way in the direction they are already traveling.
There is a trash dumpster located on the road just past solar panels if guests need to empty trash containers while staying here.
