This cozy cabin rental is located near Bakersfield, California. It accommodates up to four guests with a queen-size bed in one room and two single beds in a drop-down sunroom, just off of the living room area.This is perfect for small families or couples, looking for an outdoor getaway. There is a wood-burning fireplace where guests can snuggle around in those chilly evenings in fall and winter.
The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing guests to feel right at home while whipping up some delicious meals. This accommodation offers privacy, while still within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants.
It has a ravine to the north where the deer travel to the river and our guests are typically fortunate enough to view many kinds of wildlife such as deer, raccoon, tree squirrels, and numerous species of birds.
Guests will have access to everything they will need during their getaway. The cabin has its own kitchen and cable TV, and there is Wi-Fi throughout.

For new or unknown guests as well as large groups, hosts will place a $200 to $500 hold on the credit card used for booking, as the security deposit. The hold automatically releases in seven to 10 days or after management has done a check of the property. Any damages will be taken out of that hold amount. If damages are beyond the hold amount, guests are responsible for paying.
Other areas of additional charge would include excessive trash, causing a disturbance, smoking in the rooms, or unannounced guests that haven't paid.
The hosts don't cancel booking reservations due to weather conditions. All reservation commitments must be honored regardless the weather. However, hosts do reserve the right to make changes due to any circumstances beyond their control.
The reservation will not be considered confirmed until guests have agreed to these terms. A copy of the agreement will be kept with the booking transaction to show that guests have agreed to all terms.
