This cozy, family-friendly cabin is nestled in Sequoia National Forest, California. It sleeps up to five guests with two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a single roll away bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing guests with everything they need to whip up some delicious meals. There is a breakfast bar and private porches at both the front and the back of the property. Guests can chill out in the cozy lounge area while watching some TV in the evening. It boasts one of the largest shade trees in the front yard that provides excellent coverage from the summer heat and makes a great place to sit and relax with a cool drink while watching locals walk by.
Guests will have access to everything they will need during their getaway. The cabin has its own kitchen and cable TV, and there is Wi-Fi throughout.

For new or unknown guests as well as large groups, hosts will place a $200 to $500 hold on the credit card used for booking, as the security deposit. The hold automatically releases in seven to 10 days or after management has done a check of the property. Any damages will be taken out of that hold amount. If damages are beyond the hold amount, guests are responsible for paying.
Other areas of additional charge would include excessive trash, causing a disturbance, smoking in the rooms, or unannounced guests that haven't paid.
The hosts don't cancel booking reservations due to weather conditions. All reservation commitments must be honored regardless the weather. However, hosts do reserve the right to make changes due to any circumstances beyond their control.
The reservation will not be considered confirmed until guests have agreed to these terms. A copy of the agreement will be kept with the booking transaction to show that guests have agreed to all terms.

Take a trip to nearby Silver City Ghost Town and Antiques for a day time traveling 100 years into the past.
Lakeshore Farmer's Market is the perfect place for guests wishing to immerse themselves in the local culture of Kernville, as well as Onyx Farmers Market; both are open to the public and offer local produce, organic produce, fresh eggs, jams and much more.
