Additional info

The rental has no on-site office. It is imperative that guests contact the hosts via email or phone at least 24 hours prior to the reserved date to give hosts an estimated arrival time. Management can then give guests information on how to obtain the key upon arrival.

For new or unknown guests as well as large groups, hosts will place a $200 to $500 hold on the credit card used for booking, as the security deposit. The hold automatically releases in seven to 10 days or after management has done a check of the property. Any damages will be taken out of that hold amount. If damages are beyond the hold amount, guests are responsible for paying.

Other areas of additional charge would include excessive trash, causing a disturbance, smoking in the rooms, or unannounced guests that haven't paid.

The hosts don't cancel booking reservations due to weather conditions. All reservation commitments must be honored regardless the weather. However, hosts do reserve the right to make changes due to any circumstances beyond their control.

The reservation will not be considered confirmed until guests have agreed to these terms. A copy of the agreement will be kept with the booking transaction to show that guests have agreed to all terms.
