This modern, cozy luxury vacation rental on a fish farm near Fresno, California, can accommodate up to seven guests and features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and is furnished with a queen-size bed. A favorite feature in the master bathroom is the soaking tub. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and are furnished with twin beds. Each bathroom has a blow dryer.
Danish teak furnishings, bamboo flooring, and recessed lighting give the house a simple, yet modern feel. The space is tastefully decorated with water lily prints, artifacts picked up on the hosts' travels, and local art. The family room is a comfortable place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The library is filled with books to encourage guests on their next adventure. There is also a Smart TV, DVDs, and board games.
The efficient galley kitchen has custom granite countertops and includes everything guests will need to create a delicious home-cooked meal, including a stainless steel fridge, a gas stove/oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffeemaker, Cuisinart pots and pans, and all necessary tableware/cutlery/utensils.
The rental also has a washer, a dryer, and an iron and ironing board.
The distinctive of Little House is the incredible natural surroundings. The Sanger Riverbottom, an oasis in the desert, is known for lush greenery, plentiful waterways, and wildlife. The lily ponds full of spectacular color will greet you on your drive in.
Sunrise and sunset are two particularly beautiful times on the farm: Coffee on the South porch puts you in sync with cute farm animals. Grill-cooked dinner on the West deck is prime preparation for a crimson California sunset.
