In the third and fourth bedrooms, guests will find a full-size bed, a 20-inch television, and a door to the pool and garden. The bedrooms share a bathroom that contains a walk-in shower and a pedestal sink. There is also a half bathroom off the living area. Linens, towels, and high-quality toiletries are provided.
In the open floor plan living room and dining room areas, guests will find a large dining table, a sofa, a love seat, a sofa chair, a coffee table, and a fireplace. In the den, they will find more sofas, a television, and another fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a six-burner Viking Commercial range and oven, a Bosch dishwasher, a GE Monogram side-by-side refrigerator and freezer with a reverse-osmosis ice machine, a double farmhouse sink, a coffee maker, a juicer, a blender, a toaster, reverse osmosis drinking water, and a wet bar with a wine bottle refrigerator. Other amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, DirectTV, surround sound, an indoor and outdoor speaker system, a soft water system, and a washer and dryer.
Outside, guests will find a pool and a spa with a waterfall, cushioned teak pool furniture, umbrellas, a gas grill, a wood-burning pizza oven, a teak cocktail table, rocking chairs, a gated driveway with parking for five vehicles, and a patio with seating arrangements.

Nestled deep inside Santa Barbara County’s wine country, the area abounds with wineries and wine tasting rooms, along with many fine-dining restaurants that take full advantage of the locally cultivated wines and produce. Nearby, Los Padres National Forrest offers nearly two million acres of woodlands and hiking trails, while Lake Cachuma provides ample opportunities for water sports. In the Santa Ynez Valley, guests will also find a number of antique stores, art galleries, and other tourist attractions, such as the Danish Village in Solvang, along with horse riding facilities and golf courses.
The area is about 20 minutes north of the Pacific Ocean, 40 minutes north of Santa Barbara, two hours north of Los Angeles, and four hours south of San Francisco. Easily accessible from California State Highways 154 and 246, it is the perfect California road trip destination, as well as a short drive away from the Santa Barbara Municipal Airport.

During their stay, guests can visit more than 50 vineyards and wine tasting rooms in the Santa Ynez Valley. They can also dine at gourmet restaurants, such as Trattoria Grappolo, featuring locally sourced wines and ingredients. In addition to grapes, a variety of crops, apples, and olives are grown in the region, and guests can purchase the local produce from roadside apple and vegetable stands.
Guests seeking outdoor recreation will not be disappointed. They can go hiking at Los Padres National Forest, bicycling in the Valley, and kayaking, canoeing, fishing, cruising, and bald eagle watching at Lake Cachuma. The area also contains many opportunities for shopping at antique stores, perusing art galleries, and visiting tourist attractions, including the Danish Village in Solvang, where guests will find a walkable neighborhood filled with Danish architecture, Danish windmills, a replica of Copenhagen’s Little Mermaid statue, the Elverhøj Museum, the Hans Christian Andersen Museum, and the Vintage Motorcycle Museum.
