The bonus sleeping nook off the main living room gives kids and teens their own corner to unwind in, and the fireplace makes it just as comfortable to stay in as it is to head out.

✦ The home does not have air conditioning; a portable fan is on hand for warmer afternoons.
✦ During winter weather conditions, chains or a 4WD vehicle may be required, and trip insurance is recommended.
✦ The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a deadbolt lock, and a first aid kit.

HOUSE RULES:
✦ Maximum of 2 vehicles: 1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway.
✦ Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guests.
✦ No Parties or Gatherings: Celebrations or events are not permitted at any time.
✦ No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
✦ No pets.
✦ Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 8 AM. Guests are kindly asked to avoid making any noise or disturbances that may disrupt the peace of the neighborhood.
