As guests enter, they are greeted by vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, expansive windows, and panoramic views. The living room has a large l-shaped couch so everyone can relax and put their feet up while they watch the movie playing on the flat-screen TV. Downstairs, there is an entertainment room, with a bar and a pool table. Those who don't like playing pool can still relax down here, in front of the flames of the fireplace watching a movie on the wall-mounted TV. This waterfront property truly lets guests take advantage of all that Lake Tahoe has to offer, while they relax in the lap of luxury.

Here at this lakefront property, guests can spend their days hiking, biking, water skiing, swimming, and so much more. If guests visit in the winter and are lucky enough to find the hills in a blanket of snow, then skiing or snowboarding is definitely an option. From this location, guests are only 20 minutes to Squaw Vally or Alpine Meadows. These two ski resorts have miles of maintained trails for all ages and abilities so that every member of the family or group can have some fun in the snow. Cross-country skiing, ice skating, snow tubing, and more are also possible around the area.

Once the snow has melted, a whole new set of activities become possible. One morning, guests may want to start with a bit of exercise and go for a hike. North Lake Tahoe hiking trails range from easy walks to steep switchbacks taking guests up into the clouds. Whether guests are looking to explore the forest around Tahoe City or the waterfalls of Shirley Canyon, these trails have something for everyone. Popular trails include the Spooner to Marlette Trail, Boyington Mill, Page Meadows, Angora Ridge, and the list goes on.

After a morning spent hiking, guests can come back to the property and spend the afternoon out on the water. If guests go into Taho Vista, they will find a variety of places to take them parasailing or water skiing, rent jet skis, or simply to get out on the water in kayaks or canoes. The property includes kayaks and paddleboards as well. No matter how guests to decide to enjoy the waters of Lake Tahoe, they are in the best location to do so.
