Glampers can feel like they escaped to Italy without their passport when staying at this glamping site. Enjoy the bottle of chilled organic Italian Frizzante that sits waiting in a large ice bucket from the Hotel Da Ville in France. Moving on to the kitchen, guests can take in the warm delicious aroma of homemade scones and freshly prepared organic granola for breakfast the next morning. Glampers can even sink into a 19th-century clawfoot bathtub filled with lavender bubbles and steaming water, including plenty of soft white towels and lovely soaps.

Imagine having an outdoor massage on a heated massage table, set out on an expansive bridge over a bubbling creek and under the trees with the sounds of nature—or a five-course private dinner custom prepared by the site's chef on the bridge under hundreds of little lights, candles, everywhere, and the stars and the moon above. A fireplace by the table is stocked with wood and roaring, and in the distance, owls can be heard hooting as guests clink their glasses and toast to each other.

Guest Services

Food lovers continue to reserve one of the host, Ciel's multi-course French and Italian private dinners, which have become a celebrated highlight for the many guests that have spent time here at this magical glamping site. There are only two possible private dinner bookings a week, due to the extraordinary amount of work that chef Ciel spends on each one of these dining experiences, which are exquisite for the palate, as well as the eye.

Several different private amenities are offered, including various modalities of private body massage therapy, Tai Chi, and several different styles of private yoga. All private bodywork/massages are held outdoors on the expansive and private decking that surrounds this unique retreat. All amenities must be booked once a confirmed booking reservation for a stay has been made. Please request at the time of booking.

This glamping accommodation in California offers an escape to the likes of Provence or Tuscany, right in the midst of the woodlands of Topanga Canyon in Southern California. Surrounded by 35-year-old California oaks, fruit trees, and an abundance of pink Jasmine and Old Cecile Bruner roses along with charming footbridges and pathways, this glamping site intermingles with the sounds of a lovely creek that runs through the center of the property.

Located just 10 minutes from the coast between Malibu and Santa Monica in the Topanga Canyon, the canyon itself is one of fascinating history. Once inhabited by the Native American indigenous Tongva tribe, over the years, the canyon has attracted many famous artists, actors, and musicians such as Neil Young, Emmylou Harris, Etta James, and the Beach Boys. Topanga is home to its own outdoor Shakespeare theater with seats built into the canyon walls and plays performed under the stars.

The glamping site is a three to five-minute walk to one of the largest open space preserves surrounded by a city in the world. With streams, waterfalls, and cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean and a view of the mountains, the property offers miles of bike and hiking trails.

Guests can take a 10-minute stroll down the country roads to adorable boutiques and bistros. Topanga hosts its own farmer's market held every Friday at the Community House, which is about a five-minute drive from the property.
