The charming small community of Beaver is located in Oregon’s Tillamook County, just a stone’s throw from the rugged coast. It’s the ideal spot for those who want to pick and choose their beach days, with places like Pacific City just 20 minutes away by car. There are numerous seaside natural areas to explore, including (but not limited to) Sand Lake Recreation Area, Cape Lookout State Park, and Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area. Beaver is approximately 12 miles south of Tillamook proper, with other charming towns like Cape Meares and Oceanside not too far beyond.
