With over 300 wineries in Oregon County, wine aficionados will feel like they’ve arrived in paradise once they get to the property. Newberg’s attractions’ list does not end here though. Guests can explore the downtown area for great coffee shops, amazing food, and fine art. Some of the closest attractions, within walking distance from the property, include Long Brewing, North Valley Vineyards, and Prive Vineyard.
Families traveling with children can enjoy a visit to the Alpacas of Oregon, only four miles from the property, or head a little further to the northeast and explore the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge. Here, they can find lots of hiking and biking trails, but also a visitor’s center with interesting and educational programs.
Glampers will love exploring the Willamette Valley and the variety of outdoor activities it has to offer, from biking, hiking, and cycling trails, to balloon rides and boat tours. During winter months, Mt. Hood National Forest is home to snow sports enthusiasts that come to one of its ski resorts.
