On the first floor, there is a mudroom, a bathroom, and an open concept kitchen/dining/living area with a wood stove. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa. This floor also has a separate laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen is large and airy and features an oven, a four-burner stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator and a freezer. On the covered back patio, there is a barbecue grill and a private hot tub. The perimeter of the property is fenced off, but guests with small children should always be cautious of the high-bank riverfront location of the cabin rental.
