Located less than ten minutes from the heart of Mentone, you will be close to local shops, restaurants, and outdoor adventures such as DeSoto Falls, Little River Canyon, and several state parks. Whether you are seeking a romantic escape, a family getaway, or a peaceful solo retreat, this spot is perfect for nature lovers and adventurers alike.

Sleeping arrangements:
* The sleeping areas are open with no separate bedroom spaces. (See camper layout photo.)
* This is a 2020 Forest River Shasta 18BH model.
* Sleeps up to four guests (maximum two adults without prior host agreement).
* One RV-size queen bed.
* Two twin bunk beds (250-pound weight limit).

Camper amenities:
* Fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator (no oven).
* Bathroom with RV toilet and shower (shower height is seventy inches).
* Small television with Roku (stream your own subscriptions).
* Fast Wi-Fi.
* Air conditioning and heating.

Outdoor features:
* Private dock.
* Floating lake mat.
* Two kayaks with life jackets.
* Firepit (bring your own firewood).
