Nestled in Cosby, Tennessee, the property is primarily mature woods, bordered by the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park & a large mountain creek called Greenbrier. Located just 19 miles outside of Gatlinburg, this secluded natural setting will afford guests with the perfect getaway to enjoy the entire Smoky Mountains, be it in East Tennessee or Western N.C. Many guests like to visit Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville here in Tennessee, but also Hot Springs, Maggie Valley, Cherokee, Waynesville, and Ashville in North Carolina.

Surrounded by natural beauty, but also having a organic flower/veggie garden, this property is the ultimate rental for glampers looking to get in touch with nature. While surrounded completely by towering trees, it is just a short drive to Gatlinburg and about a one-hour drive to Ashville, North Carolina. Just two miles is the scenic Foothills Parkway for ease of access to Interstate 40, uninhibited by commercialism, red lights, traffic, which takes guests six miles over the mountains, through the park, with a rise of elevation from about 1,100 feet to 4,500 feet.

In addition, the Cosby Campground/Trailhead Entrance into the park is just two miles away, and there are also two other less-traveled entrances at just 20 minutes, the Big Creek & Greenbrier Entrances. Moreover, the property is just two blocks off the main Hwy. 321, with no back roads or steep inclines to contend with even though they are at about 1,800 feet

This glamping site is pet-friendly, however, dogs must be over one year of age and not weigh more than 80 pounds. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outdoors. The daily rate does not include a $25 cleaning fee. A damage deposit is required for stays with pets or children 12 and under.
