ACCESS:
During your stay, you’ll have full access to this incredible property, excluding non-guest areas such as maintenance and storage rooms. The exterior door is secured with an E-Lock system that requires a unique access code for entry. Your personalized code will be provided through our guest app and is changed after each reservation for enhanced security.

TRANSIT:
The most convenient way to explore the area is by personal vehicle (car, truck, or SUV). However, there are several other transportation options:

> Gatlinburg: Enjoy the Gatlinburg Trolley—completely free!
> Pigeon Forge: Ride the Fun Time Trolley, with fares from $1.00 to $3.00 (children under 3 ride free).
> Rideshare & More: Uber, Lyft, taxis, and private limo/shuttle services are also available for added convenience.

Please note: If you're visiting during the winter months, be prepared for possible icy or snowy road conditions.

After booking, you’ll receive an invitation to complete a quick and secure pre-arrival confirmation. This step helps verify your identity and confirm that your reservation details match your payment information. Please note: Your reservation is not fully confirmed until this process is completed. For security, the door access code will only be provided once your information is verified. If we need any additional details—such as an updated photo ID or signature—we’ll reach out to you promptly using the contact information you provided when you booked the property.

Occupancy:
Maximum 14 guests. All guests, regardless of age, should be accounted for on your reservation.

Sleeping Arrangements:
This spacious cabin offers comfortable accommodations for families and groups, with four (4) dedicated bedrooms:
- Upper Level: 1x King bedroom with en-suite bathroom (sleeps 2)
- Upper Level: 2x Queen bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (sleeps 4)
- Lower Level: 1x King bedroom (sleeps 2)
- Lower Level: 2x Bunk beds—a twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 3) and a twin over twin bunk bed (sleeps 2)

On-Site Private Parking:
Flat parking for 3-4 full-size vehicles—please do not exceed 4 vehicles in the parking area. Parking on the street is not allowed. - No RVs, fifth wheels, goosenecks, or campers are allowed at this property.

WiFi & Entertainment:
Enjoy free, high-speed guest wireless internet for your favorite mobile devices. 4K HD Smart TVs are located throughout the cabin. These TVs allow you to use your own streaming service login to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, HBO, and many more, or enjoy live channels provided at no additional cost.

Kitchen:
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and all the needed appliances and cookware. Coffee bar complete with Keurig drip or K-Cup coffee maker.

Laundry:
An on-site, private washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron are available for use during your stay.

Amenities:
We provide a small "starter pack" of luxury shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, and makeup towel in each bathroom. Paper towels, dishwasher pods, K-Cup coffee pods, ground coffee packs, disposable coffee filters, liquid coffee creamer, sugar packs, salt & pepper, cooking oil, & trash can liners. These are travel-size items; please plan accordingly by bringing your favorite items from home, or you may request additional amenities via our guest app.

Elevate your stay with our premium add-on services. From grocery delivery and fridge stocking to firewood and charcoal for the grill, we offer a variety of convenient options to make your getaway effortless. Simply select your add-ons after booking for a truly hassle-free experience.

Pets & Service Animals:
No animals or pets are allowed at this property, including service animals, due to the homeowner’s severe allergy to pet dander. Please contact us 72 hours prior to arrival for discounted pet boarding options.

Smoking & Vaping:
No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors.

Seasonal Amenities:
The gas fireplace is disabled from late spring through early fall as part of routine seasonal operations. This ensures safe and efficient use of the amenity during appropriate weather conditions.

Security & Compliance:
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras capable of recording audio and video are installed at all entrances and parking areas. These cameras are used for security, occupancy compliance, and enforcement of our no-pets policy. They do not have visibility into private exterior or interior spaces, and there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the cabin.

Additionally, the cabin is equipped with environmental sensors that monitor for smoking, vaping, and excessive noise to help maintain a pleasant stay for all guests and ensure consideration for our neighbors. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.

Refunds:
Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process.

- No pets or animals allowed. This applies to all animals, including those brought by visiting guests.

- No special events or commercial photography are allowed without prior written approval.
- Keep all doors and windows closed and locked at all times. This is especially important due to high bear and wildlife activity in the area. Never leave food or trash outside or in your vehicle.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the peace and privacy of neighboring properties.
- Do not move or rearrange any furniture.
- Do not connect personal electronics such as gaming consoles, streaming devices, or laptops to the TVs, as this may disrupt service or damage equipment.
