This is the best of the Smoky Mountains, situated 1 mile from Highway 321 Parkway, 6 miles from Gatlinburg and so close to Dollywood, you can even hear the train whistle. Everyone will have their space in this 3,300-square-foot property with all the comforts of home. All the charm of the mountains with the convenience of Pigeon Forge. The community pool (open Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) is a short walk away.

The Mill and the Creamery are just down the street. Many of the attractions are conveniently accessible from the Parkway. Being in the heart of Pigeon Forge has its advantages!

Multi-generational groups enjoy having separate spaces to gather and have found it to be refreshing and relaxing time together.

Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• Credit card must be in Booking Guest's name
In other words, ALL these must be in the SAME NAME.

Within 24 hrs of booking, renter is required to sign and submit rental agreement and provide scan/photo of Government ID that matches method of payment or your booking will AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL.

Be aware that native wildlife includes bears, snakes, raccoons, skunks as well as insects that may bite or sting. We maintain a regular pest control service, but neither they nor we can guarantee you will not encounter wildlife outside or inside. This is a risk you agree to by booking.

My family loves to travel, and Pigeon Forge is the perfect family destination. We bought it in 2019 shortly after it was built and outfitted it for friends and family vacations. We hope you make amazing memories! We love the location because it is just 1 mile off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. It is in Bear Cove Falls, one of the closest subdivisions to Dollywood. I've managed short term rentals since 2016, starting in the Colorado mountains. If you've got questions, just ask!
