*Kitchen/Living Open Area with laundry, and back door to Hot Tub Area.
*Bedroom 1: King Bed with an ensuite full bathroom and bathtub (This bathroom also has a door off the living area, but can be locked to create a true Ensuite)

Kitchen
Full Gas Range + Microwave Oven, Full Fridge/Freezer Combo, Dishwasher, Open Concept Granite Countertop with plenty of Prep Space, and a Keurig. Fully stocked with all kitchen appliances.

Laundry
Full-size top loader washer and dryer for free use by guests (please bring your own detergent to make sure you have enough, as sometimes guests use all of them and we cannot stock larger quantities at the time).

2nd Level Upstairs
Bedroom 2: King Bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom with a shower. The bathroom has a door to the upstairs area, which can be locked for privacy.
Bedroom 3: King Bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom with a shower. The bathroom has a door to the upstairs area, which can be locked for privacy.
Bedroom 4: Full-over-full bunk bed with an ensuite full bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 5: Located in the loft game room, it features a twin over twin bunk bed.

Parking for 3 Cars. If you have more than 3 cars, let us know!
Guest access
The Cabin is complete with 5 beds/4 baths with a Hot Tub, Washer Dryer, and all the modern amenities needed for an amazing vacation. We are pet-friendly for most pet breeds!

Wifi/Internet
We have high-speed internet, so this cabin is perfect for working from home, meetings/Zooming, streaming movies, and anything else you need. Wifi speed is 5G and can reach up to 300 Mbps download; however, wifi speed may vary. Connect up to 50 devices. You will have unlimited access to Wifi throughout your stay. If the Wi-Fi is slow or down, unplug the router (located in the main living room on the console next to the lamps), and reconnect.

What's included with my booking?
- All Cotton Products, including towels, sheets, bath mats, wash cloths, and hand towels.
- Starter Sets for Bathrooms including 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 2 mini shampoo/conditioner combos, and 1 large bar soap per bathroom, hand soap
- Starter Sets for Other Household items including: approximately ~4 garbage bags, 4 laundry pods, Dish Soap/ Dish rag, 4 forig coffee pods, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 dishwasher pods.
*Please bring your own additions to the above, or any other cooking/conveniences you may use during your stay, including Charcoal, Kitchen Items (ziplocks, spices, etc.) We TRY to provide Salt/Pepper,/Oil, but sometimes these are out of stock or removed, so please check upon arrival. If not, we can reimburse any items that were promised but not inside the cabin.**

Security
For your protection, we have installed 2 security cameras on the front and back porches to monitor the cabin entrance. These will ONLY record activity outside the property and will NOT record any activity inside the hot tub or inside the property.

We monitor the camera to ensure the correct number of guests/pets are entering the property and charge an additional fee for each undeclared person and pet.

Check-in/Access The
The property has several steps to enter, so we are unable to accommodate guests who require a ramp/flat entry at this time. The key is located inside the lockbox, and you will be given the Code one day prior to your arrival.

Concierge
Throughout your stay, you will have 18/7 access to a dedicated concierge member who can answer questions, provide recommendations, or assist in any other way to make your stay special and convenient! We are committed to providing excellent service and prompt communication. We can also try to help arrange additional services for an additional fee, such as private chefs, dinner reservations, activities, or other amenities. Just ask!

Free and Convenient Parking
The Lodge has 3 Unassigned parking spaces in front of the property. There is ample parking throughout the development, but we can only guarantee 3 spaces. Please let us know if you are bringing an RV, Trailer, or vehicle larger than a standard truck or SUV. We will see if we can accommodate, but it requires additional preparation, so please let us know!

Minimum Booking Age: 25 years old! Please let us know if you are unsure of the age of your group.

*By booking this reservation, you agree to abide by all Lodge Rules, including No Drugs, Loud and Rowdy Parties or Events, No Violations of any laws, including No Drinking, No Smoking inside the cabin (including vaporizers). Smoking is permitted outside. Please do not bring undeclared Pets or Additional Guests. If our guidelines are violated, we reserve the right to charge $100/day for any additional guests, as well as a damage fee of a minimum of $1,000 plus any repair fees for any Smoking or other damage to the cabin.

Check-in Time: 4 pm
Check-out Time: 11 am
*Any check-out after 11:00 AM will incur a $100/hour fee until 12:00 pm, and then the entire next night will be charged, but will not be considered a booking as we often have incoming guests arriving the same day as your check-out.

Maximum Group Size: 12
*Please make sure you enter the exact number of guests on your reservation, as we charge for larger groups.
* We have an additional guest fee after the 9th person for $30 per person per night

*No Drugs, No Illegal Activities

Animals/Nature/Bear
Please respect Nature by NOT littering. If we find trash outside the cabin, you may be charged an additional fee. DO NOT feed the bears. You are in the middle of the mountains, and sometimes bears like to walk - even into DOWNTOWN PIGEON FORGE!! Feeding bears can be dangerous to you, and can make bears dependent on human scraps, where they may need to 'sleep' or move. This is a big problem in this area, so DO NOT FEED THE BEARS! Do not leave trash or food outside.

**DO NOT leave doors, windows, or car doors UNLOCKED. Bears know how to get in and can cause significant damage if they get inside vehicles or lodging.***


Pests/ Critters/ Friendly Bugs
You're in the mountains! Sometimes, bugs will sneak into the cabin, especially ladybugs and stink bugs (usually in the Fall to escape the winter temperatures). We do our best to get rid of all these critters, but occasionally they hide or come in after our cleaner has left. We do have a monthly pest control service, but we ask that you understand that if the odd bug is actually there, we cannot provide refunds.

PLEASE COOPERATE
We will do whatever it takes to make your stay amazing, but ask that you show up with a collaborative spirit and work with us instead of getting upset or angry if something isn't perfect. This applies to cleanliness, amenities, hot tub/furniture functionality, etc. Let us know if anything doesn't meet our 5-star standards, and we will do whatever it takes to fix it!

Power/Wifi/Utility Losses and Interruptions
We have had power outages in the Smokies due to severe weather or flukes. You may also experience outages in Wifi, Water, or other essential services. Typically, these return within a few hours. We are unable to provide refunds for these types of events that are beyond our control.

Inclement/Snow Weather
Be prepared for winter with 4WD / AWD in case there is snow or ice, making access difficult. This place is in downtown Pigeon Forge and is therefore very accessible even during storms, but please be prepared, as we do not provide any type of refund for weather-related events.


Would you like to bring your fur baby? Go ahead, as we can accommodate them for a nominal fee. Pet fees will be added after disclosing information about your furry companion.

While we do allow pets in the cabins, we ask that you notify us prior to booking, as each pet request is subject to approval and a pet fee. Please note that we do not accept pets that we overfeed, as this can pose challenges for our cleaning staff during turnover. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

There are many bears roaming around the cabins, so please lock your cars and do not leave any food inside. If you are lucky enough to experience a bear sighting, feel free to take photos, but DO NOT attempt to pet them. They are still wild animals.
