Your reservation is not fully confirmed until this is complete. For security, the door code will only be shared once your info is verified. Occupancy:
Maximum 4 guests. Please include all guests, no matter the age, on your reservation.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Upper Level King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom (sleeps 2)
- Lower Level King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom (sleeps 2)

On-Site Private Parking:
Flat parking for 2 full-size vehicles - Parking on the street is not allowed. - No RVs, fifth wheel, gooseneck, or campers are allowed at this property.

WiFi & Entertainment:
Enjoy free, high-speed guest wireless internet for your favorite mobile devices. Smart TVs are located throughout the home. These TVs allow you to use your own streaming service login to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, HBO, and many more, or enjoy live channels provided at no additional cost.

Pets & Service Animals:
No animals or pets are allowed at this property, including service animals, due to the homeowner’s severe allergy to pet dander. Please contact us 72 hours prior to arrival for discounted local pet boarding options.

Smoking & Vaping:
No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors.

Guest Requirements & Security:
Primary guest must be 25+ years of age to book. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are located at all entrances and parking areas. These are used only for security, occupancy, and no-pet policy enforcement. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas. The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.
