The gourmet kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, and lots of prep space.

Just 3 minutes from the parkway, close to all attractions, restaurants, and entertainment of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, and a short drive to the National Park!

Cleanliness is of paramount importance for our guests. The cabin is professionally cleaned before and after each stay, and the handyman is on call 24/7 should any issue arise.

The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every guest's stay.

Wifi, TV, and Cable are included.

In-unit washer/dryer is complementary.

Hand soap and toilet paper are provided. Please bring your own toiletries.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, but please bring your own food, condiments, cooking oils, plastic wrap, ziplock bags, etc.

A coffee maker is provided, but bring your own coffee.

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The cabin is equipped with an Exterior Security Camera for Guest Safety and cabin security.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500, and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

Note: With our latest internet enhancement, you can now indulge in limitless internet access at a blazingly fast speed of up to 250 Mbps. We have Dish TV with hundreds of channels too!

Please note our cleaning fee is for general cleaning, trash removal, and laundry. If we add the items I have above, we may charge an additional cleaning fee depending on the severity.
