The peaceful front porch offers yet another spot to relax with a book or listen to the sounds of nature. A charcoal grill by the kitchen makes mealtime easy and fun.

Parking is a breeze, with space for three vehicles in the main lot and one to two more in the driveway—perfect for groups or family getaways.

During your stay, you’ll have full access to this incredible property, excluding non-guest areas such as maintenance and storage rooms. The exterior door is secured with an E-Lock system that requires a unique access code for entry. Your personalized code will be provided through our guest app and is changed after each reservation for enhanced security.

The main roads leading to the cabin are paved, and the cabin is easily accessible at the end of a long gravel road. It offers level parking for 3-5 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Nearby, you’ll find convenient shopping options such as Dollar General, Kroger, and Food City. The cabin is just 8 miles to Gatlinburg and 10 miles to Pigeon Forge, placing you within a short drive of all the attractions and activities both towns have to offer.

The most convenient way to explore the area is by personal vehicle (car, truck, or SUV). However, there are several other transportation options:

Occupancy:
Maximum 10 guests. All guests, regardless of age, should be accounted for on your reservation.

Sleeping Arrangements:
This spacious cabin offers comfortable accommodations for families and groups, with three (3) dedicated bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the common area:
- Main Level: 1 King bedroom with easy access and cozy furnishings
- Upper Level: 1 King bedroom with elevated views and added privacy
- Lower Level: 1 Bunk bedroom featuring 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 total). Please note: due to weight restrictions, only children should use the top bunks.
- Living Room: 1 queen-size sofa bed (sleeps 2)

On-Site Private Parking:
Flat parking for 3-5 full-size vehicles - Please do not exceed 3 vehicles in the parking area and 2 in the driveway. Parking on the street is not allowed. - No RV’s, fifth wheel, gooseneck, or campers are allowed at this property.

WiFi & Entertainment:
Due to the cabin’s peaceful and remote location, there is no dedicated guest WiFi available; however, most guests find they stay well-connected with strong 5G signal throughout the property, making it easy to use mobile data for streaming, browsing, and staying in touch. For added entertainment, the cabin features 4K HD TVs throughout, each with DIRECTV and access to over 125 channels—perfect for winding down with your favorite shows after a day of mountain adventure.

Kitchen:
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and all the needed appliances and cookware. Coffee bar complete with Keurig drip or K-Cup coffee maker.

Laundry:
An on-site, private washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron are available for use during your stay.

Amenities:
We provide a small "starter pack" of luxury shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, and makeup towel in each bathroom. Paper towels, dishwasher pods, K-Cup coffee pods, ground coffee packs, disposable coffee filters, liquid coffee creamer, sugar packs, salt & pepper, cooking oil, & trash can liners. These are travel-size items, please plan accordingly by bringing your favorite items from home or you may request additional amenities via our guest app.

Seasonal Amenities:
The gas fireplace is disabled from late spring through early fall as part of routine seasonal operations. This ensures safe and efficient use of the amenity during appropriate weather conditions.

Security & Compliance:
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras capable of recording audio and video are installed at all entrances and parking areas. These cameras are used for security, occupancy compliance, and enforcement of our no-pets policy. They do not have visibility into private exterior or interior spaces, and there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the cabin.

Additionally, the cabin is equipped with environmental sensors that monitor for smoking, vaping, and excessive noise to help maintain a pleasant stay for all guests and ensure consideration for our neighbors. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.

Refunds:
Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process. Please be aware that refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters.
