Offering 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor (2 Queens/1 Full) and 4 Twins in the double loft upstairs - comfortably sleeping up to 10 family and friends. Superlative amenities are everywhere: 3-1/2 baths (1 with whirlpool tub), large plasma TV with DVD; gas fireplace inside the great room; indoor and outdoor dining and entertaining; and wood-burning stone fireplace, built-in gas barbecue grill, and whirlpool hot tub on the rear stone deck.
Within view, there are 2 spring-fed man-made lakes where you can catch and release trout, large catfish, and bass. Or, feed the ducks, goldfish, and turtles. Or, just hike the miles of trails around the lakes, through the fields and mountains. Flora and fauna galore! By the way, no fishing license is necessary on private lands!
Let's not forget the fresh spring water piped into the house for your enjoyment too. What a difference in taste!
