The outdoor propane grill (please clean after use to avoid a fee) and real-wood fireplace, with a starter bundle of firewood provided (additional firewood available at local stores), enhance the experience. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, combination drip and pod Keurig coffeemaker, stove, dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee, sugar, powdered creamer, coffee filters, and basic cooking spices.

The Little River, a two-minute drive away, is perfect for trout fishing or tubing, especially upstream in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. In summer, guests enjoy access to a luxury community pool (5-10 minutes away) and can book golf at Laurel Valley Golf Course. Free parking, the cabin, deck, hot tub, and grill are exclusively for guest use.
A $110 cleaning fee applies, and up to two pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee (pets must be crated when alone, and guests must clean up after them to avoid additional fees). Team members are available from 10 AM to 4 PM for non-emergency needs, and guests can message via the booking platform. Located in a wooded area, the cabin is accessed via a quarter-mile, newly paved, slightly steep road. Nearby roads are paved but narrow, so drive slowly. A private vehicle is required, as there is no public transportation or local ride-sharing. The nearest airport, Knoxville/Great Smoky Mountain McGhee-Tyson (TYS), is 30 minutes away.
