The road leading to the property is maintained by Georgia Forestry, Georgia Power, and the Lula Lake Land Trust. It’s a rugged mountain road, and confident, experienced driving is important for safe travel.
We recommend using a vehicle with good ground clearance or all-wheel drive. Most vehicles with these features handle the terrain just fine.
During this time of year, with the leaves falling and the road often damp, the surface can get slippery, so please use caution and take your time driving up.
Once you reach the top, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views and the peaceful beauty of the mountain—a destination that’s truly worth the drive.
You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the yard, firepit, and deck, during your stay.

**Lula Lake Land Trust (LLLT)**
Dedicated to the preservation of lands located within the Rock Creek watershed on Lookout Mountain, the mission of LLLT is to conserve the natural and historic landscapes surrounding Rock Creek and its tributaries through conservation, education, and low-impact recreation.
Since 1994, LLLT has helped conserve 12,000 acres while owning over 3,500 acres across Lookout Mountain, GA. The Core Preserve, established in 1994, contains 850 acres of conserved land.
