**Lula Lake Land Trust (LLLT)**
Dedicated to the preservation of lands located within the Rock Creek watershed on Lookout Mountain, the mission of LLLT is to conserve the natural and historic landscapes surrounding Rock Creek and its tributaries through conservation, education, and low-impact recreation.
Since 1994, LLLT has helped conserve 12,000 acres while owning over 3,500 acres across Lookout Mountain, GA. The Core Preserve, established in 1994, contains 850 acres of conserved land.
Please note that the road is maintained by the Georgia Forestry, so good driving skills are necessary to navigate it. A vehicle with good clearance is recommended to handle the road effectively. Once you reach the home, the view is breathtaking! Most vehicles, like a Nissan Rogue SUV, can make it up the road.
The whole home, yard, firepit, and deck are available for your use.
There is a locked gate to enter the property, and a lockbox with a key inside to open the gate.
Please be mindful of the wildlife in this area while driving up to this beautiful home. Remember, we are guests in their habitat—respect nature and treat it with care!
