As guests enter the cabin, they will find three fantastic bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one-half bathroom. The first bedroom boasts a regal king-size bed, and its ensuite bathroom includes a luxurious jetted bathtub, a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The second bedroom features a magnificent queen-size bed. Its ensuite bathroom contains a toilet, a sink, and a combination shower and bathtub. The final bedroom has two twin-size beds with an ensuite bathroom that also has a combination shower and bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. The half bathroom contains a sink and a toilet. Linens and towels are provided by the host.

Glampers will adore the large luminous windows found in the living room that let in plenty of natural light and provide stunning views of the picturesque scenery outside. Its comfortable sofa and armchairs create a perfect nook to curl up with an interesting read from the book library. The fireplace offers toasty warmth on a chilly winter night.

    DOWNTOWN -- In 10 minutes (a five-mile drive) drive, guests are into the energy of downtown Flagstaff, with its art galleries, shops, antiques, bars, restaurants, and concert and live music venues. Oregano's and Fratelli's Pizza are a five-minute drive from the tree house for an easy pickup on arrival day.

    HIKE/BIKE/SKI TRAILS -- 30 seconds for hiking, walk-about, cycling and winter snow play enthusiasts, the property is directly adjacent to the trailhead accessing hundreds of miles of trails including Campbell Mesa, Fisher Point, and the Arizona Trail. Short: Campbell Mesa is accessible from our front door and has wonderful loop hikes and cycling with options for the entire family. Very Long: Also accessible from our front door, the Arizona Trail is an 800 mile diverse and scenic trail across Arizona from Utah to Mexico. The Urban: If guests want to bike six miles to downtown Flagstaff, no problem. So when the hosts say hundreds of miles, they mean hundreds of miles.

    For those with more moderate objectives, a journey to the duck ponds is an easy and fun adventure just a half mile walk or drive down Abineau Canyon Drive. Small Climb: Mt. Elden presents a strong challenge about a 10-minute drive from the TreeHaus ascending from 7,000 feet to 9,000 feet; Fat Man's Loop is a less daunting loop hike at the base of Mt. Elden.

    THE BIG CLIMB -- Humphreys Peak is the cornerstone of Arizona Snowbowl and presents a strong hiking challenge starting at 9,000 feet to the summit at 12,637 feet.

    GOLF -- Continental Country Club (check out video flyover) is a five-minute drive and features a public golf course, driving range, and a fantastic family-friendly restaurant (Oakmont). An additional public driving range is a two-minute drive from the tree house.

    SHORT GOLF -- In addition to Continental Country Club public golf, the property is a two-minute drive to the Timberline Short Nine golf course. About one mile from the tree house, this is a beautiful short course. Guests can use the hosts' clubs.

    NORTHERN ARIZONA -- Adventures abound at the Grand Canyon (85 miles north), Sedona (35 miles south), Sunset Crater, Lava Tubes, Meteor Crater, Wupatki National Monument, and countless other Northern Arizona destinations.

    PARKS -- If guests want to enjoy some serious Flagstaff public park time, they can check out Fox Glenn, Buffalo, or Thorpe.

    SKI -- For skiers, the Arizona Snowbowl is a 30-minute drive and offers wonderful skiing at a family-friendly resort. Guests will need skis/boards; the hosts can point guests in the right direction.
