There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a lounge area. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second and third bedrooms both have one queen-size bed each. There is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. The first bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination and the second bathroom has a jetted bathtub. Both bathrooms come with a sink and a toilet. Linens and towels are provided.
In the living room, guests will find a sofa, a TV with a DVD player, and two gas fireplaces. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, a stove, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. Dishes and cooking utensils are provided. Other amenities include central heating, cable and satellite, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a telephone.
Outside, there is a deck with a picnic table and a gas BBQ grill, so guests can cook and eat meals outside while enjoying the charming views of the surrounding woodlands.

The cabins are conveniently located near Greer's many scenic nature trails, such as Pole Knoll, Butler Canyon, and East Fork. These trails are perfect for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, and wildlife viewing. Guests can also go zip-lining over the forests and mountains for more thrills and excellent views of the unique landscape.
Greer is located in a state-designated hunting area, so guests are allowed to hunt. Guests are also allowed to go fishing on the Greer Lakes, River Reservoir, and the Little Colorado River. Guests can also go boating, canoeing, rafting, and kayaking on the Greer Lakes and Little Colorado River.
Greer isn't a typical town in the American Southwest. It experiences all four seasons and receives lots of snow in the winter, which makes it a perfect destination for avid winter sports fans. In the winter, guests can visit Sunrise Ski Resort to go skiing and snowboarding down the White Mountains.

Guests can also ride ATVs, view Arizona's unique wildlife and have picnics under the pine and oak trees. They can also go canoeing or boating on the park's many lakes, or cross-country skiing and snowmobiling down the mountains in the winter.
The town of Greer is a charming, historic village with many shops, markets, and restaurants for guests to explore and enjoy at their leisure.
