The Enchanted Circle of northern New Mexico is a mountainous region that has outdoor adventures in Angel Fire, Eagles Nest Lake, Rio Grande Gorge, Taos Ski Valley, Red River, and many more. The New Mexico yurt sits on a forested one-acre lot, tucked away from the neighborhood above. The area around the yurt is tranquil and the Carson National Forest is a short stroll away.
The hosts live in a little cabin in the woods across the street from the yurt and as there are so many places and things to do in New Mexico, the hosts are happy to point guests in the right direction. If it's guests' first attempt to ride some of the mountain bike trails they might need more than just a point in the right direction and require a local guide. The hosts have lived up here for 13 years and know their mountains well. If the timing is right they always up for a ride (guide fees can vary depending on the adventure).
