Three miles from the Whiteface Mountain ski center, perched on an 18 acre wooded slope divided by a year-round peaceful mountain stream, a beautiful rebuilt Adirondack cabin, with pine floors, and an old stone fireplace. The cabin has three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and the third with bunk beds, so the cabin comfortably sleeps six. Add 2 baths, a hot tub, a balcony and deck with mountain views, a kitchen, washer-dryer and a 2-bay drive-in car port. Linens, cooking and eating utensils, Cable TV, cable modem for high-speed internet access, and DVD, a rustic and relaxing home away from home. Seasonal chills are kept out with a hot air furnace. We have noted the return of our eagles to their nest at the Adirondack Wildlife Refuge, across from our dock on the the Ausable on Jan 30th.
