There is a $300 refundable damage deposit that is held on the guest's card at the time of confirmation. This will be released back to the guest 7 days after check-out pending no damages.

This property has a "whole house generator" that comes on in the event of a power outage, a fairly common occurrence for mountain properties in remote locations.

For groups of seven or more, the cleaning fee goes from $90 up to $120.

The landscape of Park County offers an array of outdoor activities and attractions such as trekking through the Rocky Mountains and summiting the peaks of Bross, Democrat, Cameron, and Lincoln all in one day. Guests can also follow the hiking trails of Hoosier Pass and Kenosha Pass or take a 4x4 and ride along the Mosquito Gulch for awesome mountain and valley views. For an insight into the area’s history, guests should visit the ghost towns of South Park City, which once housed miners from the Gold Rush while the town of Breckenridge’s Historic District displays colorful buildings from the late 19th century.
