Collbran

Collbran is a small town which lies just north of the Grand Mesa National Forest, and which lies within close proximity to some of the best outdoor activities Colorado has to offer. You can enjoy this place at any time of the year, as the forests provide the perfect setting for a hike in the heat and in the snow. You can even enjoy skiing by taking the small trip to Huntsman Ridge. Some of the most challenging trails lie deep within Grand Mesa National Forest, where you can make your own way through the trees, or follow an array of ready-made paths. Crag Crest boasts amazing fall leaf color, as well as a unique landscape made up of small lakes and ponds.
