Please note that 4 Wheel drive is required during snow season and the driveway is steep. There is no street parking during the winter as snow removal equipment will be plowing the roads.

PET POLICY
Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
Please pick up after pets outside.
We usually allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.).
No vicious breeds are permitted.
A $200 pet fee applies.

EXTRAS
Extra Pack ‘n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
No parties or events permitted.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
